Holistic health is about creating a healthy balance across all the various aspects of your life. This balance will be unique to you and your specific life situation. Various factors will influence what balance means to you. Such as, lifestyle, body type, environment, relationships, mindset, including your values and beliefs. Some core areas to explore are:

Food – consuming and preparing quality, whole food nutrition

Spirituality – a connection to something greater than yourself

Adventure – stepping outside your comfort zone

Fitness – maintaining a strong and balanced physic

Mindfulness – realising presence and awareness in the mind

Connection – personal relationships, with animals, nature, and the environment

Growth – study, learn, teach, guide, listen

Coaching

What is coaching?

A chance for you to discuss your life story as you perceive it. Describe your past, present, and ideal future, in an open, non judgemental environment. A coach will work with you to create your ideal lifestyle.

What will you do?

Be honest and open, commit to yourself, your coach, and the plan you’ve created. Show up, document your progress, learn from failure and celebrate your success.

How long does it take?

My goal as a coach is to guide you into developing the skills and awareness for taking control of your own life, eventually, you wont need anymore assistance.

What will a coach do?

Listen to you, provide feedback, and support. Give advice if its asked for. Encourage you to move forward in the direction you want to go, help create an action plan designed to achieve your goals, and hold you accountable to it.

Why should you do it?

It’s nice to know someone’s got your back, particularly if you’re struggling. If you have an idea or a goal, an unfulfilled talent, a desired lifestyle, or just need motivation to take action, A coach will help you bring ideas into reality and ultimately take control of your own life.
